All of our items are guaranteed for one year or longer unless stated otherwise. The warranty work is provided by us. Please contact us for warranty mailing address. Please have your Order Number ready. And please return item back by your local post office. If you ship by UPS, DHL, CSS, FEDEX, or other shipping methods, and if there is customs tax applicable in your country, you should also pay for it.
You can not return non-defective or wrongly ordered items.
Exchanged/Returned Merchandise
To receive any refund, all exchanged /returned merchandise must be in 100% original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories including software and original wire ties and plastic bags. Merchandise must be in its original box with no writing on the box, paper work or manual included with the item. Merchandise must be shipped in a shipping box. Items returned without a shipping box may be charged a fee. You are responsible for any shipping charges to return the item to us. Previous notification of missing items BEFORE returning the item is required. Merchandise that is returned with missing or damaged items will not be entertained.
To expedite your return, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us before returning your item. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. There will be no refunds after 30 days. If you return an Item to us after 30 days we will refuse and/or return the package back to you per our discretion at your cost. In the unlikely event that we are unable to return the item to you we will charge a 25% restocking fee regardless of the circumstances. Items returned without an RMA, Refused for delivery or undeliverable to the address you provided will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee, in the unlikely event that we make an exception it will be on a per case basis. RMA's must be clearly marked on the shipping box. We are not responsible for any returns lost by the shipping company, it is your responsibility to insure and track the package. Items returned without an RMA number may also cause a refund to be delayed.

What is the SPECIFIC reason for the defective return? (BE VERY SPECIFIC PLEASE)
* 1. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.
* 2. If this item is defective upon receipt, customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt for exchange of a new one.
* 3. We offer free repairing service within the warranty period. BUT if the item is damaged by the customer, the customer needs to bear the repair fee. Obviously, we are unable to warrant damages caused by misuse of the item including damage from water and physical damage. If you drop and break the item, it is not covered.
* 4. For the first 3 months of purchase, we will pay one way shipping cost (from China to your location). After 3 months of purchase, the buyer needs to pay 2 ways of shipping cost. Buyers should contact us within 7 days if they find they get DOA (Deed on Arrival) item. We will arrange exchange if defective found in this period. Buyer need to return it for replacement. We would not send out new item for exchange before receiving the former item.
* 5. i1mygadgets.com will not be responsible for item loss if carrier (UPS/DHL) proves the item is "Delivered" or the buyer gives a wrong address. Please make sure your address is reachable since UPS/DHL charge high returning fee for postage. If postage been sent back due to buyer's reason such as wrong address, not reachable or refuse cooperating with carrier in relative matters, we will ask refund for the relative returning fees (we will provide UPS/DHL/EMS receipt).
* 6. i1mygadgets.com reserves the right to return all items to buyer if items are not DOA, (Dead on Arrival).
* 7. You will have 72 hours after you have received your Return Authorization Number to ship all items back to i1mygadgets.com. All items after receiving may take 15-30 days to be processed.
* 8. i1mygadgets.com will not issue any refunds until we have the items in our possession to ensure items are in the same condition as when shipped.
* 9. i1mygadgets.com will not authorize a return due to buyer's error. (Lack of reading the specification of the item)
* 10. 15% Restocking fee will be charged for returning non-defective product.
* 11. i1mygadgets.com has the right to cancel the order or delay the shipment if buyer has unconfirmed address or unverified / unregistered in Paypal.
* 12. If the shipping address is different from the the paypal address, i1mygadgets.com has the right not ship to you or delay the shipping. So you should confirm the address is same as the paypal address, or you ship to you friend or drop shipping, you should add their address to your paypal address.
* 13. S&H and insurance fees are not refundable at any time.
* 14. Buyers are responsible for returning fees at any case.
