Shipping & Delivery



Destination:

We offer shipping worldwide to mostly all locations. Please note that you are responsible to check the legality of these items in your country. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities.

Shipping Cost:

All our items are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China and all our shipping costs are calculated automatically. The prices depend on the different rates of the shipping company like UPS , i1mygadgets.com will send the delivery to the destination /address the customer provided.

All orders must be prepaid include shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable. If we sent to you a wrong product on our mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost for you.

To facilitate trading with i1mygadgets.com, we make the shipping rates visible BEFORE you actually commit to the order.  If you have special ordering requirements, please correspond with our sales department, who will advise you of the details of such costs before your confirm your order.

Shipping Availability Date:

You can see the estimated arrival dates of your order during checkout.

To calculate the estimated arrival dates, we add the time it takes to process your order before it ships plus the time it takes to arrive at your shipping address after it leaves our warehouse.

Most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites. It may take up to 1 business day for your information to be posted on the carrier's website from the date your order is shipped. Order tracking is available for orders placed within the last 60 days. Sign in to your account to track a shipped order.

Please note:
i1mygadgets.com does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including unforeseen delays.

For example, your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date you see in checkout for any of the following reasons:

    * l Order contains items with longer than 2 day processing time
    * l Large orders that have more than 100 items may require longer processing time
    * l Delivery is to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address
    * l Delivery is outside the 48 continental United States
    * l Delays for Canada and International orders due to customs clearance
    * l Delays due to problems with credit card authorization and verification
    * l Problems with uploaded designs or media that do not meet our recommended requirements encountered during processing of your order

Most of the items we send within 2-3 working days after confirming the order on i1mygadgets.com and confirming the payment. Mostly the goods take 4-5 working days to major destinations. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped out.

Sometimes we can't ship this quickly. If we can't ship your order within 2-3 business days, we will contact you by email. We will inform you of an expected shipping date. Any delay on delivery by the shipping company is not cause for refund of shipping and will not effect any of the fees associated with the item. Any delay due to attempted delivery of an order is not cause for refund of shipping and will not effect any of the fees associated with the item.


If you pay us by credit card or unverified paypal account, it will take an additional 24-48 hours to confirm the validity of the credit card. Some international orders make take as much as 72 hours before shipping. All international packages are subject to customs inspections and may be delayed several days. All customs fees are the customer's responsibility, packages refused because of customs fees will be charged the return postage.


Customs Clearance, Import Duties and VAT:

In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.

If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just mark it in your order what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout. We can do it as per your request.

i1mygadgets.com shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay as this is outside our control.

Product Certifications:

Each country has its own certification requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that individual products meet the certification requirements of your country before you purchase the product. If you have a specific question about a product, please contact our Customer Services directly.

* Free Shipping:

For "free shipping" item, we send via registered parcel which usually take 15-20 days to reach destinations. However, if you wish to have the item ship via UPS, please let us know so we can quote you accordingly.


FAQs about Shipping & Delivery


1. How much does shipping cost?

If you wish to find out the shipping cost for one or more products to your location, please add the item(s) to your Shopping Cart an proceed to the checkout where the full shipment cost will be made clear before completing your order.

Generally, shipping to the UK and other Western European countries is slightly more expensive than to the U.S.A. and shipping to Australia and New Zealand is slightly less expensive than to the U.S.A.

2. Does the shipping cost include local tax, import duties, and customs clearance costs?

The shipping cost does not cover any local taxes, import duties, or customs clearance costs levied by your government. The buyer is responsible for these import-related costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

3. Which courier company do you use?

Currently we are only using UPS for courier solutions for i1mygadgets.com,
we may add on other courier companies later.

4. Do you offer alternate shipping methods?

Currently, only air-courier shipment is available. We are in the process of reviewing other delivery modes. Customers will be notified when other shipping methods become available.

5. Can you ship my order using my courier account?

This is not an available option as a standard delivery procedure is to be applied to all orders.

6. When will the goods be delivered?

The goods will be shipped 3 to 4 business days after the payment has cleared. It will take another 3 - 8 business days for actual delivery to occur.

A Shipping Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you advising your Airway bill number once your shipment has been dispatched. There are some rare instances where shipments will be held at Customs and this may prolong the delivery time. Please note that this is beyond our control.

7. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries. If, for whatever reason, we cannot ship to your location, our Customer Service representative will contact you.

8. Do you ship to P.O. Box Addresses?

No. Our shipping carrier does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

9. Can you ship to my country? How long?

i1mygadgets.com can send the products to everywhere all over the world with UPS and other more later. And it only takes 3 to 5 days from i1mygadgets.com to your hand after the items shipped out. Actual delivery time is dependent on the efficiency of customs clearance at your country. If you have any question during the post period, please consult in your local express company.

10. What are the shipping methods and rates?

We currently ships small and medium sized orders by UPS international courier delivered by air. The shipping rates can be previewed inside the i1mygadgets.com online shop checkout system. Occasionally we have to change the courier you have selected because of regional restrictions. Please also note that NO shipping to P.O. box via Express Shipping.

11. How to get Tracking Number?

We will ship all the orders within 2-3 business days if the payment have completed or cleared, except on holidays or weekends, and will email you the tracking number. Usually your package is traceable 12-24 hours after the shipment done. You can track the detailed transportation information online by the tracking number.

12. Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Once you have placed your order with us, it's better not to change any of the information you have given us, as most orders are dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to contact the shipper directly and have your delivery details changed but we can’t assure you your change of address can be successful.

 

13. Can you ship to Brazil?

No, currently we do not ship to Brazil.

Please note, it's your own responsibility to find out about the IMPORT TAX situation in your own country. Please do your homework BEFORE you start ordering, and inform us of your VAT number (If applicable) when you place an order.

14. What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don’t have my order?

If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package, please e-mail us.

15. What is the return policy?

16. What should I do, if I can not receive my package for a long time?

If you can't receive the package for a long time (more than 30 days), please inquire your mail in your local express company by your tracking number. Meanwhile, please inform us by Email immediately. We will contact the express company for the information for your parcel.

We are not responsible for the delivery delay caused on the misplay of order handle by customer (such as the incomplete information).

We are not responsible for service failures and losses caused by force majeure. These reasons include but not limit to: Natural disaster; war; Air disaster or Embargo ect force majeure; Inherent flaw of shipment; caused by feasance and nonfeasance by consignee, the third man, custom or outer government department.

17. Can you provide invoice for my order?

Yes. We can provide the proforma invoice.
